What MATCH is
MATCH Eatery & Public House is the pub and sports bar inside the Cascades Casino North Bay building. The venue calls it a contemporary themed pub built around sports and entertainment. Supper and the gaming floor share one roof, so the meal needs no second drive.
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment runs the casino, which opened officially on March 9, 2022. This guide has no tie to the venue or to Gateway. For anything about the food itself, the pub's own line is the place to ask.
When MATCH serves
MATCH serves from noon to 11 PM, Monday to Thursday. On Friday it opens at noon and keeps going until 1 AM. Saturday runs from 10 AM to 1 AM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 11 PM. That means a Saturday or Sunday can start with a late breakfast or lunch at 10 AM.
Friday and Saturday are the nights when the pub and the live tables run past midnight. Dealers work until 2 AM on both. On Sunday the tables close at midnight, and from Monday to Thursday they open at 4 PM. Holiday hours are not posted, so call the main line, 705-840-7702, before planning around a long weekend.
Calling ahead
MATCH takes calls at 705-840-7749, extension 5249, and email at info.northbay@matchpub.com. Questions about the food or a group's supper belong with the pub. Cascades Casino North Bay keeps its main line at 705-840-7702 for anything about the floor.
With supper finished, complimentary fountain pop, coffee and tea can be had inside, and none of them contains alcohol. Outside food and drink may not be brought in, so finish whatever is left from the day before reaching the door.
